You can return your Noon products for 14 days after the parcel has reached your address. We accept only returns that are notified to us via e-mail in term of 3 working days after the delivery of the parcel. Please use contact@noon-atelier.com to give us the specifics of your returned item.

After receiving and checking the conformity of the returned items, you will receive your money back in maximum 10 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
